Shipping

Our preferred method of shipping is Priority Mail from the USPS. The includes delivery confirmation and allows you to choose optional insurance. I also will ship First Class Mail (slower but more economical) or Express Mail (overnight to most locations) if you really need it quickly.

Wholesale orders tend to be less expensive when shipped via UPS, but for shipments of less than 5 lb UPS tends to be considerably more expensive. It does have the advantage that more detailed tracking info and insurance are included.

For all shipping options your order should ship out the next business day after payment is received (if paying with money order, cashier's check or eCheck).

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please let us know what we can do to make you happy with your purchase. If we are unable to find a solution, we accept returns in good condition. Your purchase price will be refunded or store credit will be given (your choice), but we are unable to refund the shipping cost.
